Have a tree that needs trimming to avoid touching a power line? An outdoor light that needs maintenance? Want to participate in our budget billing program?

You can request these services at MyJacksonEMC.com or via the MyJacksonEMC mobile app.

Once you log in to MyJacksonEMC.com, select Report an Issue/Inquiry. Then, select Other Issues/General Inquiry. Choose your desired service from the drop-down menu and follow the instructions.

On the mobile app, select Contact Us then choose your desired service from the menu and follow the instructions.

Once you’ve submitted your request, we’ll be in touch for additional arrangements, if needed.

Budget Billing

Jackson EMC’s budget billing program allows you to pay the same amount each month for your bill.

To see if you qualify for the budget billing program, submit a request at MyJacksonEMC.com or via the MyJacksonEMC mobile app.

Outdoor Light Maintenance

If there’s an outdoor light – such as a street light or security light – that needs repair, you can submit a request at MyJacksonEMC.com or via the MyJacksonEMC mobile app.

JEMCO News E-News Edition

JEMCO News is the monthly publication to Jackson EMC’s members. You can choose to receive JEMCO News as an e-news edition, instead of receiving a mailed copy.

To decline a paper copy of JEMCO News and to receive an email (e-news) version, select your preference at MyJacksonEMC.com or via the MyJacksonEMC mobile app.

Tree Maintenance

If you see trees or vegetation growing near our power lines and equipment, you can submit a tree maintenance (also called right of way) request at MyJacksonEMC.com or via the MyJacksonEMC mobile app.
